At Click2Tool, transparency matters. While most of our tools are completely free to use, we may introduce premium features or credit-based systems in the future. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations will work, if and when paid features are active.

1. Free Tools
Currently, all tools on Click2Tool are available for free. There’s no payment, so there’s nothing to refund or cancel. Simple as that.
2. Premium Plans or Credit Purchases (Coming Soon)
If we launch paid tools, subscriptions, or credit bundles in the future, we’ll make sure the pricing is clear, the value is fair, and the refund process is straightforward. Here’s what you can expect:

We’ll only offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You were charged by mistake
- You were unable to access the tool due to a technical issue on our end
- You made a duplicate purchase
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction. Please include your email, payment receipt, and a short explanation so we can help quickly.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Misuse of the tool
- Failure to read tool limitations before purchase
4. Cancellations
If you sign up for a future paid subscription:
- You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
- Once canceled, your access to premium features will continue until the current billing period ends — no immediate lockouts.
We do not charge any cancellation fees.
